
Jaime Kim is a Korean illustrator and author based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Known for her warm, nostalgic visual storytelling, she creates picture books inspired by childhood memories and the quiet beauty of everyday life.

She has illustrated books for major publishers including Penguin Random House, Candlewick Press, HarperCollins, and Scholastic, and is the author-illustrator of Ready for the Spotlight! and Shy Robin. Her illustrated picture book Take Heart, My Child was a #1 New York Times bestseller.

In her personal work, Jaime enjoys creating atmospheric landscape illustrations and continues to explore visual development and concept art, expanding her visual storytelling beyond the pages of picture books.
